Jedward and Vanilla Ice perform at the National Television Awards

Jedward are joined on-stage with Vanilla Ice at the National Television Awards in a night of X Factor success.
John and Edward, or Jedward, performed at the National Television Awards in their first TV performance since their overdue exit from The X Factor.

The duo became a threesome midway through their rendition of Ice Ice Baby when they were joined by the one and only (thankfully) Vanilla Ice.

The tone-deaf Grime twins, who were slated on the TV talent show each week, had to face up to the show’s judges as Simon Cowell, Danni Minogue and Cheryl Cole watched on in the audience.

This time however, The X Factor judges had to keep their comments to themselves as the attack of the blondes ensued with their trademark out of synch dancing and questionable vocal chords.

The X Factor was a common theme at this year’s NTAs with the show’s winner Joe McEldery opening the event with a cover of Journey’s Don’t Stop Believing, while host Dermot O’Leary presented the award ceremony from the O2 Arena in London.

The X Factor also beat stiff competition from Strictly Come Dancing to pick up the gong for Most Popular Talent Show.

Simon Cowell paid tribute to someone dear to him when he collected the award.
